Bemerkungen:

Hi! This will be my first try of maturing and refermenting in a keg. I have a couple of 5 liter kegs. Put some sugar in there and are now storing it at room temperature for a week or two. Then another month of lagering at least... The wort tasted nice and it was on schedule (1.063 OG - 1.013 FG), so I'm hopeful it'll turn out great. 😊
